For practitioners
For consultants, coaches and facilitators
If you work with several teams, or with clients’ teams, the Practitioner licence is built for you. It costs £260 a year, VAT included. You won’t need a certificate, there’s no fee per respondent, and you won’t get a bigger bill for measuring a team twice.
What you get
Ten teams. Up to ten teams, each with its own history. Talk to us if you need more.
Unlimited surveys. Survey each team as often as you like. Each new survey joins up as that team’s next wave.
Client work. Use it with your clients, and charge them whatever you like for the work.
Data export. A CSV of a team’s counts and averages, never individual answers or comments.
Support. Enhanced support, from the people who built it.
Training discount. 10% off all Psych Safety training.
When the licence ends. Everything you’ve already built stays readable. Only new surveys stop.
What you don’t need
No certification. We don’t run a certification scheme for using the survey, and we don’t plan to.
No respondent accounts. Nobody answering gives a name or an email address.
No hidden questions. The question bank is public, so your client can read every statement before the team sees it.
How it works with a client
You build the survey.
Choose the statements that fit, then add your own in the client’s language. A hospital says handovers where a software team says retrospectives.
You send the link.
The client’s team answers anonymously.
You read it first.
The report stays sealed until the survey closes with at least four responses. Then it opens to you first, and you release the identical report to the team.
Nobody sees individual answers.
That includes you, the client and us.
See a sample report to know what you and your client will be looking at.
Using it well with clients
We’ve watched surveys help teams and we’ve watched them do damage. The difference is rarely the questions.
Close the loop, or don’t open it. Asking people how safe they feel and then going quiet teaches them something, and not what you hoped.
The team sees its own results. Every time, and the same report the organiser saw.
No league tables. Don’t rank a client’s teams against each other. Never tie results to a manager’s pay or rating. The moment a score decides someone’s standing, people start managing the score instead of the conditions.
Pair it with a conversation. The report is there to help a team make sense of where it is and decide what to try. It doesn’t hand down a verdict.

Building your own practice
If psychological safety is becoming part of your practice, our Train the Trainer course and trainer toolkit are built for you. Practitioner licence holders get 10% off.
Questions
Do I need to be certified?
No. Anyone can run a survey, and the Practitioner licence just adds what you need to work across several teams and clients.
Can I charge clients for it?
Yes. The licence is yours and the teams can be theirs. The one thing that stays is the line on every report saying who built it.
Can I see individual answers?
No. Answers carry no names, accounts or timestamps, and the report only opens once at least four people have answered.
How many teams can I work with?
Up to ten, each with its own history. Measuring a team again never counts as a new team. If you need more, talk to us.
What happens when my licence ends?
Everything you’ve built stays readable. You just can’t start new surveys until you renew.
Can my client buy its own licence instead?
Yes. If the client wants to run surveys across its own teams, the Organisation plan is designed for that. Talk to us and we’ll work out what fits.
