Nothing about the report changes between plans. The distributions, the narrative, what holds people back and what makes speaking up possible, the plan of actions — all of it is in the free survey exactly as it is in an organisational licence.
Support, defined
Basic — the help form on every page, answered by a person, usually within a few days.
Enhanced — your questions go to the front of the queue and are answered by the people who built the tool, not a support desk. For organisational licences, a thirty-minute call to plan the first rollout.
Questions people ask
What happens when my licence ends? Everything you have built stays yours to read. You just can't start a new survey until you renew.
Can I cancel? Yes, from your dashboard or by emailing us, and the licence runs to the end of the year you've paid for.
Do you need my team's email addresses? No. Nobody answering a survey is ever asked for a name, an email or anything else that identifies them.
Is this a per-person price? No — it's per team. One survey takes between four and thirty people; above that, psychological safety stops being one team's property and several smaller surveys tell you more. Talk to us for anything larger.
I'm a consultant. Can I use this with clients and charge for it? Yes — that's exactly what the Practitioner / Consultant plan is for. The licence is yours, the teams can be theirs, and you can charge whatever you like for the work. The one thing that stays is the line on every report saying who built it.
I work with more than ten teams. Talk to us and we'll size the licence to fit — the ten is where the standard plan stops, not where the tool does.
